"Out of network" sounds like a warning. It's a description.
It means one thing: I don’t have a contract with your insurance company. That’s the whole definition. It doesn’t mean I’m not licensed, and it doesn’t mean your insurance won’t pay you back.

What it costs
First visit
60 minutes
We talk, I assess, and we start treating. Book this whether you're coming for your pelvic floor, your back, a pregnancy, or something you can't quite name yet.

Follow-up
60 minutes
Any session after your first. We start with how you felt after the last one and how you're doing right now. Some weeks you come in and something new has flared up, or you've had a bad night, or you're two weeks further along than last time and your body is different. We work with that. There's no strict protocol you're being walked through. We spend the hour on what your body actually needs. Not repeating exercises you're already doing confidently at home.

Medical massage and manual therapy
60 or 90 minutes
Bodywork by a physical therapist, built around whatever is actually bothering you: fascia, lymphatic work, deep tissue, soft tissue, plus dry needling, cupping, scraping, or shockwave if they'd help. If you're pregnant, you can lie face down and actually relax. I have the setup for it, and I know what's safe at each stage. You're not going to be lying there wondering whether the person working on you knows what they're doing.

Every session is one on one, with me. No add-on charges for dry needling, cupping, scraping, blood flow restriction, or a pessary fitting. All of it is included. The only thing I charge extra for is shockwave therapy, and that's $10. Most clinics charge $100 to $200 a session for it.
Payment is due at the time of your visit. I take credit cards, cash, HSA, and FSA.
THERE'S NOTHING TO SIGN UP FOR
No packages. No memberships. No prepaid blocks of visits.
You book one appointment at a time and come back when it makes sense to come back. I can’t tell you in advance how many visits you’ll need, so I’m not going to sell you a number I made up.
A lot of clinics sell packages that cost thousands of dollars up front. But it’s impossible to know exactly how many sessions someone will need, and I’m not going to take your money and then keep it if I get you better faster than expected.
I’ll give you an estimate of how many sessions you will need. Then you book one appointment at a time and come back as often as it makes sense to.
SUPERBILLS
An itemized receipt your insurance can read.
After every visit I give you a superbill. It’s an itemized receipt with the diagnosis and treatment codes your insurance needs. You submit it yourself, and if you have out-of-network benefits, they reimburse you directly.
How much they reimburse depends on your plan, and honestly, you often don’t know until you submit one and see. What you do know is exactly what you’ll pay me. No surprise bills.
